New guidance on consent published

The Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) have published new guidance on one of the most misunderstood aspects of data protection law - consent. 

The guidance is for anyone who works with information about people who wants to understand how to use the ‘lawful processing condition’ known as ‘consent’ properly.
