Annual Reports

Code of Practice

Members of the Data Protection Authority have a key role to play in the success of the ODPA and this code of conduct sets out the high standards expected of them.
Memoranda of Understanding

We often need to work with other regulators and law enforcement agencies. Signing up to MoUs ensures that we work together in a consistent and lawful manner to secure the best outcomes and make the best use of resources.

We maintain a Register of Board Members Interests which documents our members interests which may potentially influence their official duties.

Corporate Governance Protocol
