New registration guidance published

The ODPA has published some specific guidance for administrators and administered entities within the Bailiwick's finance sector to help determine whether an administered entity is required to register with the Data Protection Authority under the Law. 

Due to the complexity of structures that exist within the finance sector this guidance is intended as a starting point only and organisations may need to seek independent legal advice.
