If you are concerned that your data protection rights have not been respected and have not managed to resolve the matter with the organisation involved, you can make a complaint to us

Please contact the Organisation

If you have concerns about the way in which a controller has handled your personal data, you should raise it with them in the first instance. They may be able to resolve matters to your satisfaction. If making contact with the relevant controller is difficult for you, for example if the matter is particularly sensitive or the relationship has irrevocably broken down, please get in touch with us to discuss possible options.
