Drop-in: Alderney

The ODPA will be visiting Alderney to engage with the island’s business community, school, and members of the public.

This free, informal drop-in aims to increase awareness of legal obligations under local data protection legislation, to support individuals in understanding their rights, and to promote positive engagement between the ODPA and Alderney.

Who should attend: anyone with questions about data protection (including: application of the law, its principles, individuals' rights, organisations' legal obligations etc)

Format: you can drop-in to have an informal chat with a member of the ODPA team at a time that suits you, there is no booking requirement. We are aiming to split the day as follows: 
  • 09:00 - 12:00 Organisations (including businesses/charities of any size)
  • 15:00 - 19:00 Members of the public
