This June, the Guille-Alles Library is hosting a series of weekly workshops focused on staying safe online – covering topics such as social media, online gaming, parental controls and supporting children to recognise risks and build positive online habits.
We are pleased to be joining the programme with a dedicated session from Data Protection Deputy Commissioner Rachel Masterton who will introduce you to the ODPA and the rights you have under date protection law. The talk will also be packed with useful tips to help you stay safe online, spot phishing attempts and avoid common pitfalls.
Whether you have questions, want practical tips, or simply need reassurance, our session will offer clear, easy-to-follow advice to help you protect your personal information.
