The ODPA is once again running its annual summer colouring competition with the Guille-Allès Library!

If you are a parent/carer of a child who wants to take part, please read our 'data processing notice' below which tells you how we will use the information you provide:
When you enter this competition, we will collect and use certain information about you (and your child) to allow us to identify the winner. We will not use your information for anything else and will securely dispose of it at the end of the competition.
We collect and use this this information with your consent. This means that you do not have to give us this information or enter the competition if you do not want to, however if you do not provide us with this information, we cannot enter you into the competition.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. This means you can contact us and tell us that you no longer want us to use your personal data collected for this competition. If you do this, we will stop using your personal data, however your entry will be removed from the competition.
The Data Protection Law provides you with rights that allow you to have control over how your personal data is used. The rights that apply to information collected for this competition are:
- Right of access – You can ask us for a copy of your personal data that we are using.
- Right to rectification – You can ask us to correct any of your information.
- Right to erasure – You can ask us to delete your information.
- Right to restriction of processing – You can ask us to stop using your information.
- Right to make a complaint to the ODPA – You can complain to us if you’re unhappy with how your information has been used.
