ODPA seeks drop-in feedback

The ODPA is dedicated to engaging with the regulated community and has been offering free drop-in sessions at its office in St Peter Port since 2019. As part of the office’s commitment to continuous improvement, the ODPA would like to know whether these sessions could be improved upon to make sure they are addressing your needs.

Drop-ins are open to any organisation that has a general enquiry, and they are an opportunity to spend some time with a member of our team who will give advice and guidance. These are normally held fortnightly from 9am to 12pm on either Tuesday or Wednesdays – view the calendar here.

During the ODPA’s annual registration period in January and February, the frequency of these drop-in sessions will be increased to weekly. Study visits are also available if an organisation wants to explore a specific topic or issue in detail.
