PODCAST: Processing by Necessity – Data Protection in Government

SYNOPSIS
Whilst we know data protection applies to all organisations across the Bailiwick of Guernsey, how does this apply to our government? In this podcast the States of Guernsey Head of Data Protection Callie Loveridge and Data Protection Officer Aaron Le Noury discuss their roles in the machinery of government and the challenges associated with ensuring public administration is carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Law.

KEY POINT
Our customers can't vote with their feet, so if they are unhappy with the way that we've done something, how do we go about addressing that as an organisation?
