On 13 March 2017 the Committee for Home Affairs submitted to HM Greffier a policy letter covering the Bailiwick’s response to GDPR and seeking decisions regarding the way forward.
A date for the policy letter to be discussed by the States of Deliberation has yet to be agreed but a copy of the policy can be read by clicking here.
