Innovation Summit Guernsey

The summit aims to accelerate the conversation about adapting to change, opportunities and challenges in business, in particular the focus on new technologies, changing business models and the need for new skills and recruitment. 

The day will be divided into four sections focused on the areas below. Each section will include short presentations and panel discussions unpacking and diving into the subject areas. 

• Session 1: Data as a driver for Innovation
  Our Commissioner, Brent Homan will be speaking on 'Data governance: a driver for successful innovation'. This session will bust the myth of the privacy/innovation trade-off – demonstrating that successful and enduring innovations must be based on respect for individuals’ data protection rights. Uncover the symbiotic relationship between innovation and privacy and learn from real-world examples to guide you to success.
